Joan was not out to make a sale or commission on my home. I was in dire need to sale my home due to previously being laid off in February 2019. Joan was in consent communication with me until we put the house on the market May 22,2019. Joann's concern of my situation help put my mind at ease, and she worked urgently and proficiently until the closing day. Not only is Joan my agent, she is my friend.
